The SXP-500 and SXP-550
are more powerful versions of the SXP-320 and SXP-325. They carry over many
of the same features found on the SXP-320 and SXP-325 pair - such as DIP switch
for data flow direction, hardware handshake, and XON-XOFF software handshake,
but have been greatly enhanced by means of ASIC implementation design; a sixteen
mode selectable baud rate from 300 to 460800 bps; and a parallel buffer speed
of 2 MB per second (maximum).
