is a passive Intel Xeon Socket 603 solutions. By embedding the
mounting screws in the fin structure we have managed to create
the biggest possible heat dissipation area.
This Nexus server
solution is manufactured using SkiveTek®
technology and 99.5% pure
copper material. SkiveTek®
technology allows us to produce high fin density and it even
allows us to determine the perfect fin pitch and fin thickness
to match the requirements of the specific processor.
